Never give up on your marriage,

When you give up, you are giving up on yourself!  Sure, some marriages will fail due to sick minds or other

insurmountably destructive forces. However, most people give up because they don’t think there is anything they can do.

In the vast majority of cases, those couples could save their marriage merely by stopping, getting a marriage education, and starting again, but this time having knowledge for being married successfully. Just as you cannot learn to drive by jumping into a race car, so marriage needs educated couples to succeed!

Marriage is the most sophisticated of all relationships, so don’t give up on your marriage; not yet!

The Marriage Foundation (nonprofit 501c3 educational foundation) was organized  by a divorce mediator when he realized the clients he worked with had no idea how to be married. Where would they have learned?

General education does nothing to prepare us for marriage, or friendship, or anything other than a job. So we start the relationship dance on two left feet without learning about the rhythm.

Marriage is an exact science. Until you understand the underlying basics of marriage, like how to control the mind to stop petty arguments and focus on marriage building, you will stumble around.

Never give up! Reclaiming your marriage by rejecting the idea of giving up; instead focus on the possible solutions. There is always a solution. When you make an effort to correct your direction, it will always have a positive impact. Of course the results you seek may not be right at hand, but when you are married you have time to work through multiple ideas.

The best medicine for a troubled marriage is always going to begin with education. You may think, “Oh no, our marriage is on the brink, we need immediate help,” and that may be true. But not usually. Usually people freeze up out of fear, so they cannot evaluate the depth of their marital trouble. You need to get started ASAP. But don’t worry.

If you don’t give up on your marriage, and if you begin to study in earnest, the chances for success are very high. Our experience makes us very bold in this respect, because we have seen it. We want you to have what we have: a great marriage!
